What Does A Support Worker Do?
As a Support Worker at Wholistic, you’ll play a vital role in improving the daily lives of the individuals we
care for. Working across our care homes and partnering healthcare facilities, you’ll provide both practical
assistance and compassionate emotional support. Your responsibilities may include helping with personal care,
meal preparation, medication reminders, and offering meaningful companionship to those who rely on your support.
Beyond daily tasks, your work will focus on promoting dignity, independence, and overall quality of life for each
